SHIPPING
We're currently using Royal Mail, although due to almost daily price increases we are looking for other alternatives!
All orders are sent 1st Class Tracked/Signed For.
Most items will be in stock and available to dispatch within 1-2 working days, then please add another 2 - 3 working days for your order to arrive with you.
Some items may take longer to be dispatched, this will be stated in the individual item listing.
Custom orders take longer to be dipsatched, so please see dispatch/shipping times given on that item listing.
RETURNS
We'll try to keep returns as simple as possible.
If for any reason you're not happy with your order and want to return it for an exchange or refund, please get in touch via our CONTACT PAGE and we can take it from there. This needs to be done within 14 days of your order being delivered to you.
Usual common sense applies, items should be un used/unworn and returned to us in the same condition.
Custom orders are not returnable.
